1- RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 20 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate and speed up a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. To start a return, contact us at orders@qiyogi.com. Provide us with the purchase with a receipt, and clear pictures or videos of the item.

  2. Choose between the three different return methods above.

      We will process your request as soon as possible. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be automatically refunded on your choice of return method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. - If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@qiyogi.com.

      Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      1-1- Not eligible for a return

      1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      2. Products have no tags on them and are not in their original packaging.
      3. No receipt or proof of purchase can be provided.
      4. The item is not in the same condition as the customer received it. (eg. It has visible signs of wear or use.)
      5. Gift cards can also not be returned.

      1-2- European Union 14-day cooling off period

      Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      2- SHIPPING / RETURN STOCKING FEES

      Naturally, you will not get charged for any shipping fees or return restocking fees.

      3- LOST DELIVERY

      If the delivery got lost for regardless reason, please let us know to support you in solving the mystery.

      Therefore, please provide us the following information:

      1. Order ID
      2. Product name
      3. Shipping number
      4. Personal details (e-mail, phone number, name) 

      4- DAMAGED PRODUCT

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at orders@qiyogi.com immediately if the item is damaged, has a manufacturing error, or if you receive the wrong item. So that, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      First, please forward us with the following information before returning your shipment:

      1. Order ID
      2. Product name
      3. Shipping number
      4. Personal details (e-mail, phone number, name)
      5. CLEAR pictures of ALL sides of the item, or a video.
      We will process your request as soon as possible.
      If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be automatically refunded for your damaged product within 10 business days.       For the inconvenience, we are happy to give you a gift as store credit, or as a product.
